Welcome to my brand new blog and thanks for stopping by! My name is Tracy Chin and I currently work in the wine industry in NYC. As a formally trained chef, I also freelance as a Personal Chef, Food Stylist and Recipe Developer. Food and wine are my passion and I am very lucky to be able to make a living doing both. Please feel free to visit me at my website: www.tracychin.com

You may be wondering the meaning of my blog’s name: Pinot & Pineapple. While I enjoy all wines, Pinot Noir is my favorite red varietal and the pineapple is a symbol of southern hospitality. I fancy myself a southern belle at heart as my beloved family is from Georgia and I have always enjoyed playing the part of hostess and making my guests feel welcome.

If you have a culinary question, please feel free to email me at info@tracychin.com

If you are in NYC and would like to hire me to help you in a culinary capacity, by all means email me at tracy@tracychin.com

Now, let the good times roll!
