		<description>Hi Tracy - I&#039;m sorry to say that all of my favorite German restaurants on the upper east side have closed.  I&#039;ve been to Zum Stammtisch, years ago, and it was wonderful! I think we took a car service ... I know that doesn&#039;t help, but it was well worth the trip.

		<description>Wherever you go, just don&#039;t go to Heidelberg in the Upper East Side. The last time I was there, they let a dog inside to run around the restaurant, where&#039;s the health department? But besides that, the food is nothing to write about. Good luck!</description>
