Good Morning! It’s Farm Share Wednesday! Today’s delivery has a lot of really nice variety including some familiar standards. This week we will be working with red leaf lettuce, scallions, garlic scapes, a small white cabbage, mixed baby greens, baby red onions, baby carrots and Kirby cucumbers.

Preliminarily, I’m thinking corned beef and cabbage (did I mention I’m part Irish??), pickles, carrot puree and garlic scape-potato soup. Check back next Tuesday to see what becomes of these lovely vegetables…
